The explanation is about cosmology, from classical (medieval) Islamic philosophy, scientific interpretation, traditionalism, and modern science from various points of view of Muslim thinkers. This article, which uses a literature study using a qualitative approach, discusses Nidhal Guessoum's thoughts on Islam and modern science. The idea of Islamic/theistic cosmology put forward by Nidhal is the result of his opinion. Cosmology is used as a circle in the frame of monotheism. His opinion on scientific issues such as cosmology cannot be answered by science, but requires a Muslim with his identity to study science while still believing in the existence of God. According to Nidhal, the emphasis of Islamic cosmology should not only be in the form of scientific interpretation or scientific interpretation as has been embodied by some munfasir. Nidhal's alternative as an offer to ideas that apparently contain weaknesses and cannot be developed is the quantum approach. The quantum approach is based on three principles to be an integration of religion with modern science
2024-10-20T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Qomaruna Journal of Multidisciplinary Studieshttps://jurnal.uqgresik.ac.id/index.php/qjms/article/view/47Kajian Yuridis Terhadap Pembagian Harta Warisan Menurut Hukum Waris Perdata dengan Hukum Waris Islam2024-05-30T05:20:41+07:00Ferryani Krisnawatiferryanikrisna@gmail.com
Inheritance law in Indonesia is divided into three, namely Islamic inheritance law, civil inheritance law and customary inheritance law. area. Each inheritance law is different regarding the heirs, the method of distribution and also the legal basis. Inheritance law is one part of civil law as a whole and a small part of family law.

This research examines inheritance according to the Civil Code and Islamic law, the regulations are different between civil inheritance law and Islamic inheritance law. In the distribution according to Islamic inheritance law, the portions are clearly regulated in Surah An-Nissa, whereas according to the Civil Code, the number of heirs is seen. So the distribution of inheritance is different and this is the subject of research. This research is a Normative Juridical approach, namely an approach carried out based on primary law by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and statutory regulations related to research. Ijab is the statement from the guardian, while qabul is the agreement from the groom, witnessed by two witnesses. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand the phenomenon of repeating ijab qabul in Ploso Subdistrict, Jombang Regency. Data collection techniques involve surveys and interviews with both prospective brides and grooms, their families, and the local Head of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). The results of the study show that the repetition of ijab qabul in Ploso is carried out according to KUA procedures, meeting the requirements of Islamic law and positive law. This repetition, although unique, does not invalidate the first ijab qabul but is a form of caution and elimination of doubt. This study provides scientific insights into the phenomenon of repeating ijab qabul, which has not been previously researched, and answers legal questions regarding the validity of such repetition
2024-10-20T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Qomaruna Journal of Multidisciplinary Studieshttps://jurnal.uqgresik.ac.id/index.php/qjms/article/view/49Strengthening Nadhatul Ulama as Moderate Islam in the Digital Era2024-05-15T01:25:08+07:00Feryani Umi Rosidahferyani66@gmail.comNur Faizahnurfaizahku@gmail.com
The era of the digital, millennial, or Industrial Revolution 4.0 presents numerous challenges and intense competition, necessitating not only global competencies but also critical thinking skills. This is particularly important for Muslims (specifically NU members) to avoid alienation and marginalization. This paper aims to analyze the strengthening of the moderate ideology of NU, which boasts the largest following in Indonesia and significantly influences the nation's civilization. NU, as a moderate Islamic movement, adopts an inclusive approach through the wise use of social media and digital technology, its role in education, promotion of digital literacy, combating hoaxes, and participation in interfaith dialogue. Furthermore, NU promotes an understanding of moderate Islam, fosters peace, and fights extremism amidst the rapid advancement of information technology.
